Say hello.
Questions about an event, an idea you want to run past us, or something you want to build together. Real people answer, usually quickly.
Coming to an event and want to check something first? Most of it is answered below.
Work
with sa’i.
sa’i society runs women’s fitness events across the GTA. We work with brands, gyms and studios that genuinely add something to the room, and we say no to the ones that don’t. That’s why a recommendation from us still means something here.
Event partnerships, product, studio collaborations, content, or something built from scratch together. Tell us what you had in mind. If you’re not sure what you had in mind, say that instead. Some of the best things we’ve done started as “we love this, what’s possible?”
The things
people ask.
Can I come alone?
Yes, and most people do. Coming on your own is the normal way to arrive here, not the brave one. You’ll be introduced, and the hour after the workout exists precisely so that nobody stands around on their own.
Do I need to be experienced? Or fit?
No, and no. Events are coached from the front and everything can be scaled up or down on the spot. At any given event there are women who’ve trained for years and women who have never touched a barbell.
Are sa’i events women-only?
Yes. Always, without exception.
What should I wear?
Whatever you’re comfortable moving in. There’s no dress code and no expectations. Bring water. That’s the rest of the packing list.
Where are events held?
All over the GTA. So far Vaughan, Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton, with Scarborough on the list. We deliberately move around.
