Every
episode.
One event at a time, across the GTA. Rooms are kept small so people actually meet. Women only, every time.
On the
calendar.
Both rooms are announced. Tickets go to the list before they go to Instagram.
The list gets in first.
Tickets go to the list before they go to Instagram. If an event is full, this is also the waitlist. Spots do come back.

Six rooms, six formats, five venues across the GTA since May 2026.
What actually
happens.
Roughly an hour of movement, then an hour of everything else. The format changes every episode, strength one month and padel the next, but the shape of the day doesn’t.
You arrive, you get introduced, you train with a coach at the front who assumes nothing about your experience. Then there’s food, music, photos, and the part where you end up talking to someone you’ve never met.
Wear whatever you’re comfortable in. Bring water. That’s the whole prep list.
The safety
bit.
Our events involve physical activity, and that always carries some risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and at your own level. Nobody is watching to see how much you lift, and asking for an easier version of anything is normal.
Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant or recently postpartum, coming back from an injury or surgery, or living with a condition affected by exercise. Then tell the coach at the start, quietly, so she can look after you properly.
We photograph and film most events. If you would rather not be in anything, tell us on the day and that is the end of it.
Tickets are non-refundable, though you can pass your spot to another woman with 48 hours notice. If we ever cancel, you choose a refund or the rescheduled date.
